CDC requests that all incidents of apparent or threatened bioterrorism be voluntarily reported to CDC by State public health officials, immediately following notification of the FBI and local law enforcement agencies. State health officials should call the 24-hour notification telephone number [(770) 488-7100] at the CDC Emergency Preparedness and Response Branch.
