This is an important message from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In a disaster, keep a list of your drugs and dietary supplements with you at all times.  Keep your list in a safe place like your wallet or purse.  Share a copy of your list with a trusted family member or friend. In the event of an emergency, that person will be able to tell health care providers about the medications and dietary supplements you use. To learn more, call CDC at 800-CDC-INFO.
