The Kidney Community Emergency Response Coalition (KCER) collaboratively develop, disseminate, implement and maintain a coordinated preparedness and response framework for the kidney community in the event of a public health emergency or disaster. Founded in 2006, KCER exist to ensure timely and efficient disaster preparedness, response, and recovery for the kidney community.
