MMWR Updates on Smallpox Vaccine Adverse Events Among U.S. Civilians

During the civilian smallpox vaccination program, CDC and state health departments are conducting surveillance for vaccine-associated adverse events. MMWR will publish periodic updates on adverse events reported among civilians (received by CDC through the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System [VAERS]).
